1. What's the return, exchange + refund policy?

I will not accept any returns. They are FINAL. If I sent you the wrong item or if the products you ordered are damaged or lost, please contact me through the contact form or my instagram @wooqiart. I will NOT issue any refunds for lost or damaged packages. Note that it is NOT my responsibility once I send out packages to postal services.

2. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, only some! Please visit USPS website for more info. Reminder for UK + EU customers, you may have to pay for VAT at your local post offices. Also, I will NOT accept orders from the Philippines at this time. Some countries are currently unavailable due to COVID-19 regulations. Please refer to this link for more info: click here

3. How long does it takes you to ship orders? How long does it take for orders to arrive? 

For domestic orders, around 3-5 business days. It really depends on how many orders I receive within the week. For international orders, depends on where the destination is. Without tracking may take long for orders to arrive. Shipping to Australia and Canada without tracking may take about 2-3 months. Choosing tracked shipping option is highly recommended!

4. What days are you on break?

Friday - Sunday!
